Position: Block Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Block Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and monitoring programs related to child protection, education, and livelihood at the block level. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, mobilizing communities, and ensuring the effective execution of program activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Rural Development, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in NGO work, especially in child protection, education, or livelihood programs.
• Knowledge of government schemes and policies related to children’s rights, education, and rural development.
• Experience in community mobilization, stakeholder coordination, and training.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to travel within the block and work in rural communities.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and cultural understanding of the community.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email).
